We were advised by Amélie. She knows her products well. She offered us some great choices for our bathroom plumbing. Emco has a nice variety of products, by the way. She is very competent and efficient. I really appreciated receiving the quote with the product photos and links to each product's technical specifications. Thank you, Amélie! P.S. Excellent after-sales service at Emco.

This is the second time I've done business with Emco/Thalassa. It's refreshing to see such excellent service. I don't feel like just another customer. William, the representative, was patient, quick, and courteous. And the service I received early in the morning to pick up my order was just fantastic (great atmosphere). They even helped me (without me even asking) load the boxes into my car. Competitive price!

Very good services. The guys at the counter were really helpful. Raymond is the cartridge and part specialist, but they are in the process of forming a good succession. If they can't find it, they seek or ask for help. Excellent service. THANKS!

Great company. My business was to deliver Air Conditions. Huge yard. Easy parking. When you coming, take the circle around main building, entrance for trucks is on the end on your left side. Great guys in warehouse.
