Great experience from start to finish. Having Blue Bear handle our HVAC service and repair has been seamless and easy.

Our tech Riley was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He patiently explained what was happening with our HVAC system since we haven’t had it serviced since buying our house. We had a burner that needed replacing and he provided several options we could take. I felt that I could trust his opinion and not worry about being misled. Riley was even able to find a replacement part that another HVAC company said was no longer available.

The company does try to get you onto their service subscription for an annual fee. We signed up because the priority scheduling, discounts, and multiple included HVAC services felt worth it.

They have modern systems and a customer support team made scheduling and payment a breeze. Compared to other home services providers, it was so nice to work with such a responsive and organized company for once.

From consultation and estimate to the switch on the thermostat, Blue Bear and its employees made it seamless. Great service and fast turnaround work with attention to detail.

Kyle, Andre and team were great to work with. Very friendly, funny and efficient. The mini-split we put in was very affordable compared to some other quotes we received and the service was top notch.

Techs were very friendly and professional
Explained the work that they did and found a loose bearing which they tightened. Thoroughly inspect gas furnace and all components for function and safety.

Mark was a very kind and hard working tech. Explained things well and efficient job. Company gives you calls throughout day to update when they are coming so you aren’t hanging around all day. Reasonably priced after service contract. First responder discount.
