We had a great experience with Bow Tie Plumbing. Will quickly diagnosed the issue. He repaired a leaking wax seal, removed an old toilet seat, and installed a bidet with no issues at all. Will was professional, efficient, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. I had a gas leak that needed to be taken care of as soon as possible, so I called Bow Tie Plumbing & Rooter. They came out and gave me a quote, and once I approved it, they sent someone out immediately to start the job. The work was completed the same day, and I couldn’t be happier with how quickly and professionally everything was handled. Jose was the technician who worked on our job, and he was excellent, respectful, very knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining exactly what would be done for the gas line replacement. They did not try to upsell any unnecessary products or services, only what was truly needed. Bow tie plumbing has been my go to plumber for years. Today I noticed my water heater was leaking and gave them a call they came out to look at it within an hour or so. Miguel was my plumber and he explained I needed a new water heater and the next day Miguel was back to install a new one . Miguel was on time and very nice and professional. Definitely will be continuing to be a bow tie customer.
