Price was reasonable and initial repair made and permanent repair made a few days later. Isaiah was professional and friendly and thoroughly explained each aspect of the job. ?????? Isaiah was my technician and he is amazing! He is very polite, professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good things about Utility Plumbing Services. Right out of the gate, I could tell that Cody, the owner, really takes pride in his company. You don’t see that kind of care and integrity much these days. I had an issue and reached out—Cody had a tech at my place in Costa Mesa the very next morning, right on time. Kyle was awesome. Super respectful, clean, and took the time to explain everything to me in plain terms. What I appreciated most was how honest they were. No upselling, no pressure—just straightforward options and solid advice. They ended up hydro jetting my plumbing and helped identify a few other problem areas that they’ll be back to fix. I’ve used other plumbers before, and honestly, none of them even come close to these guys. Fair pricing, great communication, and they get the job done right.
