I rarely leave reviews, but I had such a good experience with Black Flag Plumbing that I wanted to share.
I discovered a burst pipe in my garage and called them around 11:00 AM. They scheduled service the same day at about 2:00 PM, which was already impressive. When the plumber arrived, he fixed the exposed burst copper pipe in about 5 minutes. The total cost was $149.72, which matched exactly what they explained over the phone.
What I really appreciated was the price transparency. When I called, they clearly explained the pricing: $120 per hour plus materials for an exposed burst pipe repair. There were no surprises on the bill.
Before calling them, I contacted several other companies. One example was Loyal Plumbing, which would not provide any cost estimate over the phone and required a $99 visit fee just to come out, which made me a bit nervous.
Black Flag Plumbing was straightforward, fast, and professional. Same-day service, clear pricing, and efficient repair. I would definitely recommend them if you need a reliable plumber.
