Amanda was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, professional and courteous while quickly assessing the situation looking at indoor and outdoor possibilities why my house sewer system was backing up. She determined it was clog in my outdoor pipe, ran a camera through the system, figured out what caused it and was quick to fix it. Josh was absolutely great!! We had purchased a toilet from Lowe's but couldn't get it to stop leaking. Josh showed me the difference between the Lowe's toilet and one from them and I can see why the quality from them was so much better!! I will save myself time and money and just call Loyal Plumbing from the get-go and have them do all my plumbing from start to finish!! Definitely recommend Josh and Loyal Plumbing!!
Loyal Plumbing is always knowledgeable on your issues and needs. Joshua came and took care of our water heater flush along with recognizing an issue with the expansion tank right away. We also asked for an estimate on running a gas line. He never once waivered or hesitated indicating it was not possible. They have been providing us plumbing services for over 5 years and have always had a positive experience!!
Drew Weber was my technician along with another gentleman and they were amazing. They were very polite and informed me of everything along with giving me all of the opportunities that I had. They were both very knowledgeable and answered all my questions without hesitation. Definitely recommend these two fine gentlemen
Had a high efficiency (97% 70,000 btu 2stage) gas furnace installed to replace my 29 year old 80% single stage. Had gotten 3 separate quotes one company apparently didn't want my business but loyal plumbing gave the best quote on brand, efficiency and warranty. The estimator and the install techs were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional during the whole process. Would and will recommend them to anyone looking to replace or upgrade their furnace.
