Charged me $112 (without notifying me prior) to come out to give an estimate. Never provided the estimate in writing. Their email address listed isn't a valid email, and their call in number never resolves to a real person. This company is a scam, and should be avoided at all costs.

Also cut the lock out on my electric meter without notifying the power company.

I am so happy to have found Service 360! They are true craftsmen who employ honest, friendly technicians and provide exceptional customer service. My experience with them was amazing, even when I faced a difficult situation.

I had to have my boiler replaced and unfortunately ran into some hurdles with a difficult finance company. However, thanks to Terri and Jackie, those financing issues were quickly resolved. I worked most often with Terri, and she delivered amazing customer service every single time.

On the technical side, Rick was beyond exceptional. In fact, every single person I interacted with was helpful and kind. If you are looking for an honest service group with technicians who take pride in their work, I highly recommend Service 360!
