Justin from Drain Doctor was great! He was hired by my client to do a sewer scope on an older home in Red Deer. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and punctual. The work was done properly and efficiently, and provided us with thorough answers. We had several questions about the process and potential issues, and Justin took the time to answer each one, providing clarity and reassurance. If your looking for a sewer scope or any other plumbing services, I would highly recommend Justin at Drain Doctor, Red Deer.

I had been having issues with the basement drain overflowing a little with clear water and had booked an appointment for a weekday for the Drain Doctor Technician to come and camera and clean out the drain pipe. The drain had a mind of it's own and decided to really act up on the weekend with debris included with the water overflowing. I called the Drain Doctor and explained my angst and urgency to have a Technician come that day. Sure enough within less than 2 hours he showed up and promptly assessed the situation, advised his treatment plan, and rectified the situation with contigencies advice for moving forward. The service was excellent, thank you very much, it is greatly appreciated! - Cathy
