The staff were very professional and did a great job. Bill B was the main guy for me. He and his Apprentice were both very professional and did high quality work.
The price is a little excessive, and the call centers are a little over the top with the hold music and "how can we make you happy today" stuff. I'm too old and miserable to deal with that - it's a plumbing service not a theme park.
All that said.. the job was done in a day, it was done on budget (no adders), and the quality was great. So I'm giving four stars.

Amanda was great, she knew what she was doing. I do find that cost seem high to change water valve and a out door tap. Over $550 to put in a new valve that only 30 to 40 minutes seem like a the work was done well . I had a quote for replacing my outdoor facet of a little over $550, then we discovered my valve to turn off the water to the house was leaking. To fix that cost $550 more plus $200 to go under my modular home. So in the end it was $750 just to replace a valve. This only took 30 to 40 minutes a valve a piece of pipe and some fittings. In my opinion that sounds very expensive for this work. She did an inspection of the rest of the plumbing in the house but that was included in the original $550. The total bill was over $1300. The work was done well but I feel I was double charged for some of the work.

Bill is great!! He is so soft spoken and so easy to talk to. I explained what the issue was with both of our showers and he got right to work. He is incredibly courteous and anytime he ran into an issue, he stopped and explained it to me before proceeding. He fixed the problem with the first shower in no time. The 2nd shower needs quite a bit more work than he initially thought, so he will come back when we can save up to have it fixed. I would recommend Bill a million times over or anyone from this company.

The Gentleman plumbers were able to come and unclog our water lines the same day that I called. The technicians did an excellent job providing a quote before starting the work, answered all the questions I had and finished the job in an efficient manner. A big shout out to Bill and Jeremy, they were friendly and professional and explained the warranty and suggested maintenance very well. I would recommend Gentleman Plumbers to anyone ??

I called Gentleman Pros today looking for an electrician and was able to have a technician out within the hour, which was amazing.
Chris O. was super knowledgeable, helpful, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything and made sure I understood what was going on.
I was happy to find out they offer a 5-year warranty on their work, which gives a lot of peace of mind. On top of that, it’s a huge bonus that Gentleman Pros can handle multiple trades like electrical, plumbing, heating, and HVAC. So it’s basically a one-call for all which I find super handy.
We’ll definitely be using their services moving forward.

He was quick and thorough when carrying out the decision we made. No mess left behind either. He was very personable. This project turned out really well.
On another note, dealing with The Gentlemen Plumbers company was also pleasing. I used the online tool to ask for help. I heard back quickly with a phone call plus text. The complete project was so efficiently carried out.

My Mother, Husband & myself would like to give a shout out to Amanda, Richard, Carter & Max for coming to the rescue when my Mom's furnace decided to quit. They arrived within an hour of when she called & got down to business. My Mother has some memory lapses, so they were informed & were very kind & understanding. On February 24, 2026 I i had Richard at the house for annual inspection and we spoke of having the poly b plumbing replaced. I have a busy schedule and was trying to figure out a time to have it done. Richard was able to do this big job at the time and called in Jeremy to give a hand. They were amazing, got the job done on that day, explained everything that was happening, went over everything when it was finished and cleaned up everything. They both are courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. Would definitely have them back to complete any jobs that have to be done.

What real gentleman, they explain everything. As they were giving my estimate, I would ask well what about this what about if we change that, they very patient with me. As I change my mind a few times.
As they were working on changing my vanity out for a different one, they would tell me what they were doing or if something needed to be changed the ask me. And the estimate they gave me, was what I paid!!!
Plus well they were working on, I made 25 jars of blueberry jam, which I gave both of them for a job well done.
I totally recommend them highly!!!!
