The staff were very professional and did a great job. Bill B was the main guy for me. He and his Apprentice were both very professional and did high quality work.The price is a little excessive, and the call centers are a little over the top with the hold music and "how can we make you happy today" stuff. I'm too old and miserable to deal with that - it's a plumbing service not a theme park.All that said.. the job was done in a day, it was done on budget (no adders), and the quality was great. So I'm giving four stars.

Amanda was great, she knew what she was doing. I do find that cost seem high to change water valve and a out door tap. Over $550 to put in a new valve that only 30 to 40 minutes seem like a the work was done well . I had a quote for replacing my outdoor facet of a little over $550, then we discovered my valve to turn off the water to the house was leaking. To fix that cost $550 more plus $200 to go under my modular home. So in the end it was $750 just to replace a valve. This only took 30 to 40 minutes a valve a piece of pipe and some fittings. In my opinion that sounds very expensive for this work. She did an inspection of the rest of the plumbing in the house but that was included in the original $550. The total bill was over $1300. The work was done well but I feel I was double charged for some of the work.
Bill is great!! He is so soft spoken and so easy to talk to. I explained what the issue was with both of our showers and he got right to work. He is incredibly courteous and anytime he ran into an issue, he stopped and explained it to me before proceeding. He fixed the problem with the first shower in no time. The 2nd shower needs quite a bit more work than he initially thought, so he will come back when we can save up to have it fixed. I would recommend Bill a million times over or anyone from this company.
