Fast & friendly service! Was put onto their schedule quickly and the technician was out between the window they gave us. He communicated when he was on his way and even took his shoes off before entering our home. They discussed pricing up front so there were no surprises. Very pleased!
Dylan and Jake courteously did an outstanding work for us by installing a successful system of diverting hot water to our bathroom sinks and showers. Our new water heater in our older home is at one end of the house and our two bathrooms are at the other end. For years we have laboriously "saved" seven gallons of water in buckets to pour down the toilet when needed to finally get our hot water up to suitable shower temperature. With the modification of our plumbing system with timer and high quality pump without significant additional plumbing, we now have satisfying hotter water to use when we want it. They did this all in a reasonable time and at a reasonable cost to us. We had two do-it-yourself friends and one retired professional plumber who considered doing the job and did not have the skill or desire to do the work even though we were more than willing to pay them. We are 85 year old retired military couple who are now peacefully enjoying our home. We will be upgrading our three bathroom sinks and the leaky kitchen faucet and Northstate Custom Plumbing will do the work for us. We highly recommend their service. This week they also replaced our kitchen faucet and 3 bathroom faucets doing excellent work. 5 stars.

They are amazing people that have the best customer service in the business!Janna in the office was extremely helpful, professional and was able to get Steven out right away to help me with a copper pipe leak in my wall. Steven called when he was on his way and when he wrapped up the job he called to let me know he was done.
