Appreciate the communication prior to showing up. The plumber was able to look at a few other small things I had questions about. Work and communication was solid. But I did not get any invoices/receipts of any of the work done and had to call to get it after. Prices seem pretty steep too. 300$ for an angle stop install. Nothing is cheap i guess. Happy with how quick they were able to get out and to have hot water again.
Matt was great. Our water heater blew. They arrived within the hour and the new heater is installed. No leaks no mess. No fuss. No extra charges. And the finushed product looks processional and clean. 100% recommend 1-tom plumber
This kind man Aaron came back 3 times to work on this leak. I would say he deserves more then 5 stars, but its the most I can give. He is fair and honest. We have worked with them so much because they are reasonable and the best.
