We had a leaky shower and they were able to send someone out within 24 hours with a very reasonable arrival window. Steve showed up right on time, was great at communicating when he would show up, and was able to provide a reasonable estimate for the work to be done. He was able to confirm the leak location and to replace the shower cartridge within 15 minutes. I would definitely call again for future work.
What a great experience from the moment, they called me back this morning promptly through the scheduling and everything else. There were two gentlemen out here today Steve was with our technician doing some training. Both of them were extremely polite, kind, and through.I always try to stay local and I’m glad I did. You guys are great. By 1 o’clock everything was done installed and my family is back to normal because you guys came in put the water heater in promptly cleaned up after yourselves. Good service is hard to get but you guys do a great job
Very pleased with Gary's work. He was on time for the estimate and then on time again to do the installation. Gary went above and beyond. Informed me that the gas venting was never connected. He fixed that situation as well as installing a new water shut off valve and installed a drip pan and sensor. He also picked up our new water heater on his way to do the job. Gary was very cordial and professional. I will recommend Ira Hansen and Sons to everybody I know. Thank you so much Gary. You rock!
