Flex Plumbing

Reached out to Flex Plumbing and heard back from Gary the very next day. He arranged a free on site assessment quickly and was a pleasure to deal with. Gary took the time to honestly walk me through what the issue could be and what the repair work would involve if there was a leak, just straightforward advice. Knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend!

I recently used Flex Plumbing in Richmond and had an excellent experience from start to finish. They were quick to respond, showed up exactly when they said they would, and were extremely professional throughout the entire job. The technician explained everything clearly, offered honest recommendations, and didn’t try to upsell anything I didn’t need. The quality of the work was outstanding—clean, efficient, and done right the first time. Pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises. It’s obvious they take pride in their workmanship and customer service. If you’re looking for reliable, trustworthy plumbing services in Richmond, I highly recommend Flex Plumbing. I’ll definitely be using them again for any future plumbing needs.

I have been very impressed by Gary's passion for his craft, and an unwavering desire to analyse, research and resolve the case at hand. He owns this. Gary has gone above and beyond for us, at affordable rates, and is kind and cordial to boot. I will be recommending Gary (Flex Plumbing) to my family and friends in need of service!

We had a kitchen sink completely clogged. After spending several hours trying to unclog it, I called Flex Plumbing the following morning. Gary was able to accommodate a same-day visit and not only did he unclog it in under 15 minutes, he spent the time to show me how to fix it myself in the future. He also spent some time educating me on an unrelated issue. Flex Plumbing is now saved as a contact on my phone. Highly recommended !!!
