After contacting several plumbing companies for quotes, Steve from RD Plumbing stood out immediately. He walked me through the type of water heater they use, which is professional grade and comes with a 6-year warranty — that gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of their work and materials.

The installation process was smooth, efficient, and very professional from start to finish. No surprises, no upselling — just honest pricing and great service.

We had a full repipe done and the crew was extremely careful with our home from start to finish. They completed the entire repipe in just one day, which was impressive, and came back the next day to handle all the patching.

Everything went smoothly — from the repipe itself to the drywall repairs. The team was professional, organized, and respectful of our space. They protected our floors and cleaned up well after the work was done.

Overall, a very efficient and stress-free experience. Highly recommend.

We cannot say enough good things about RD Plumbing. Finding an honest, skilled contractor with integrity and fair pricing truly feels like striking gold, and RD Plumbing is exactly that. From the very beginning, it was refreshing that Ryan was the only contractor willing to give us an estimate over the phone for our complete bathroom redrain -- a huge sign of transparency and respect for our time.

Ryan was prompt, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very personable. You can immediately tell he takes great pride in his work and operates with honesty and integrity, which is rare these days. On top of that, he treats his crew well, which speaks volumes about the kind of person and business owner he is. Bonus points for being a dog lover and an all-around genuinely good and friendly guy.

Our tankless water heater kept glitching and I spoke with RD pluming and they ask for pictures over the phone and gave me the truth, the system we had was terrible and not worth fixing so they quoted us for a brand new system, top of the line, and they came next day! They worked in the pouring rain!! They took the old system out, rerouted pipes, installed new pipes and new tank, that looks amazing! They were super clean, professional, honest, fast and great price as well as customer service! Totally recommend!!
