I came home from from a 2 week vacation to find shattered pipes in the utility room. I called Pride Plumbing and Matt G. showed up on time. Matt quickly evaluated the extent of work and quoted a cost to repair on what was visible. As work continued, additional damages were identified and repaired. His work ethic, skill level, and customer service is second to none. His concern and focus on getting us basic plumbing quickly was noticed and appreciated. Nick joined Matt on Day 3 and the two of them quickly finished the job. Both Matt and Nick are a fantastic at their jobs and you should be honored to have either of them show up to work on your plumbing issues.
On January 5 James replaced a basement work sink for me. Work was done efficiently and the finished job was great. Positive experience, from the estimate through to the completed job. And James is a super pleasant guy. Good communicator too.Sam and Daniel have also done work for me in the past, and they were both excellent, too. Keep up the high standards!
