He came out Tuesday and I already have my new water heater 2 days later. He was very personable and took the time to explain all my options. Installed the gas line that ran for my propane to my new range. Overall good quality products above-average customer service I'll use them again.Update 3 months later: just had them installed a new hose bib on my upper deck. A little pricey but great quality an excellent customer service. Will continue to use them.
These guys are amazing! I am so happy with our service. When they came out they were able to diagnose the problem and then came the next day and fixed it. Sean was very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable. He was also very understanding about working in someone’s home with children and dogs, they seamlessly worked as I took care of my young children. Also to top it off, he was able to get someone to help us with a different problem quickly. I really appreciate the great job they did, we are becoming members of their yearly service they offer and I will call them if I need anything else done.
