Oh my word!!!! I would give Jim a billion stars if I could!!!!! I have a plumber I can trust!!! That means everything to have someone kind, knowledgeable, fair prices and easy to work with!!! He came after normal hours so I could have hot water finally. It went out Friday. I called my home warranty company. That was extremely frustrating and their plumbing company didn't return any calls until noon today. Their reviews were not very good either.Signature Plumbing is top notch!!! You will not have any problems! They arrived early, and same day service!!! Just unbelievably awesome!!!!!! I will happily refer friends and family without any qualms at all!!!!!
Jim and Jay are the absolute BEST plumbers! Jim, the owner, is a clear communicator, trustworthy and thorough. He came out to clear a bad clog at my business, which took 7 hours to get done it was so bad and came with so many challenges. Jim kept me updated every step of the way. I was surprised and relieved when I recieved my bill and it was less than I expected. These guys are worth their weight in gold. Jim and Jay did a fantastic job installing our new water heater. Jim was quick to come out when we realized we had a problem and laid out our options and all the pros and cons when we said were trying to decide whether to replace our old hot water tank or move to a tankless system. Jim is very personable and helped us understand how a tankless system works, and we felt he gave us a good deal. We were also very pleased with Jay's installation and how he worked with us to minimize the visibility of the new vents on the outside of the house. When we realized we needed some adjustments to the new system, they were quick to come out and make the changes. We would definitely recommend Signature Plumbing and will be using them again in the future.

Jim and Jay did all the plumbing in our whole house remodel, including both water and propane. They did 3 bathrooms, the laundry room and kitchen, including our new gas stove top. They added a tankless water heater and filtration system with water softer.They were wonderful to work with, did excellent work at a fair price!They were clean and neat, and never left a mess.Included are some before and after pictures of the kitchen.
