They have done various jobs for me in the past.I am writing after another very positive and pleasant experience with Glen Allen Plumbing. A large heating, ac and plumbing company broke a part at my daughters house. They were less than helpful, unable to make the repair needed to the damage they caused and left my daughter without use of her shower for 2 1/2 weeks. My daughter was frustrated so I called Glen Allen Plumbing...on a Friday afternoon seeing if they could help. And they did! They came out just before 4 on a Friday. They completed the job in less than 5 minutes...the job the large company was unable to do. They simply replaced the faucet for the tub. The other company wanted to cut a hole in the wall and more. Enough about the other company. I highly recommend Glen Allen Plumbing. Give them a call. You won’t regret it!
I have had them out to my house more than I'd like, but they do a fantastic job every time. They've scheduled appointments on short notice and have been very flexible with my schedule. Their techs are always friendly and punctual. I have never had to have them out to my house more than once for the same problem (unless I broke it). Don't see myself ever using another plumber.
