Jeremy and his team were fantastic to work with today. They were patient throughout the entire process and didn’t let the few snags we ran into slow them down or get them discouraged. Instead, they stayed focused, worked through each issue, and found solid solutions. The end result turned out great, and I honestly couldn’t have done it without them. Highly recommend! On the way home from vacation, my daughter called and said we had no water. I called Herman W. Allen and they came out the same day and had everything fixed the next day. Both Gary and his helper (I'm sorry I forgot your name) were very professional, polite and made sure everything was working properly before they left. Thank you so much guys!!!
Just had Dalton Collins and Mike his helper install a new water heater for us and also fix an active leak in one of our bath drain lines. Dalton had done work for us in the past and I have been so pleased with his courtesy and excellent work that when I needed to have some more work done, I requested that we schedule it so Dalton could work for us again. Highly recommend Dalton and Herman W. Allen. Great folks, not cheap mind you, but worth the quality.
Jeremy and his pal came over to install a new gas water heater after my old one crapped the sheets. He was very polite and wanted to make sure everything was ready. After he installed it, his buddy cleaned up after their mess. They made sure everything worked before leaving and were super helpful. Also great company. I also appreciate the clerk who was helpful over the phone. Great service and I would recommend them to anyone.
