Wade Roberts Plumbing

Thanks to Edwin at Wade Roberts Plumbing for urgently replacing our old hot water heater, putting in a new pressure cylinder and replacing our old plastic pipes with copper. He got a lot into a tight space and was great to deal with. He left the room cleaner than it was when he arrived.

I am very pleased with my recent experience with Wade Roberts Plumbing, the person on the phone was very pleasant, knowledgeable and supportive. Jeremy, the technician arrived early was very easy to talk with and very knowledgeable about his trade. Jeremy listened to my concerns and worked with me to find a solution to my concern. The job was completed in a timely manner and the job site was clean was he was finished. Yes, I would recommend Wade Roberts Plumbing to anybody that is looking for a plumbing company.

We could not be more pleased with the service we received from Wade Roberts Plumbing. Not only were they able to send someone out same day when we had no hot water, Mark was able to fix the problem quickly. He was polite and incredibly thorough! I also greatly appreciate the excellent communication. Kaitlyn at the office was pleasant, Mark called when he was 20 minutes away and followed up with me as to exactly what he did. I’ll definitely be calling Wade Roberts Plumbing next time too!

Very professional, and respectable staff who diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. When it came to the renovation they were quick, they finished in 3 days like they said they would, could explain all the problems that popped up, and left the bathroom clean every day after they worked. The men who worked on the project, Edward and Mark, were also very polite and respectful individuals who really did a great job. If anything happens in the future I would love to work with them again.

I certainly appreciated Jared’s opinion of the state of sewer pipe given the visual scope. However, the actual work by Sheldon was rather painful in that I needed to prompt him to get things done like the inside toilet on the first day! Then he went on about needing a town permit and how things could be delayed, which seemed rather odd because this was a repair job?? So I pushed back and then the response back from Sheldon was they didn’t need a permit and all good to go forward. Then there was one delay after the next in that getting parts for a simple water line leak took half a day. Then the last day Thursday wasn’t started until shortly after lunch with the delivery of the gravel. So really, what took three days, if resourced properly could have been two days! The final work was done right but from an efficiency and timing, things could have moved along quicker. Plus I felt Sheldon developed an attitude towards me asking him how things were progressing. He seemed to be defensive and sharp towards my asking him things. From my point of view I was under pressure too in that I had a scheduled flight to Toronto on Friday and I had my boat in temporary storage for this job to be done and I needed to get it back in my driveway before my flight! So I appreciate things worked out but certainly it could have happened quicker if pushed. Thx Robert & Mari
