They offered the best deal for the service by value of pricing. $265 for drain cleaning only. I didn't want the camera service since it would cost $300 something more. The technician was really nice and could offer a detailed explanation of plausible causes of blockage. I would recommend and refer.
Rapid First has been a great company to work with. They have a great team and the best is Steven. I highly recommend working with him. I will go back to work with Steven for all my plumbing needs. I got 3 bids and they were the best price. I was happy with them in all aspects.
Travis was great! He arrived and was respectful and efficient. Very clear about what was causing my issue (kitchen sink backed up and not draining). He provided the options and proceeded with my selection. He also checked other items while he was doing the work and made some recommendations. Highly recommend! Thank you!
