After being contacted by the owner, we discussed the issue, and he sent a technician who explained the problem very clearly. EVERYTHING WAS RESOLVED TO MY COMPLETE SATISFACTION. I paid $1397.15 on Monday, December 15th, to unclog the basement toilet, including a plunger and camera inspection. Six days later: a major mess in the workshop next to the bathroom, and it was still completely clogged. On Monday, December 22nd, there was no answer on the phone, and they said they didn't offer emergency service. Terrible, crappy service. Doesn't even deserve one star.

A very bad experience with this company. They installed our toilet poorly, causing it to leak, and our shower was also badly installed, all for an exorbitant price. When we asked for payment, he was almost rude to my partner. I do not recommend this company.
