I have been with Ballard for many years. They are a family run business and their service is excellent. Angel was the tech that came to service my heater. He has always been very kind, professional, and explains the situation well. He is very thorough and takes pictures of what needs to be repaired. They are up front with there pricing, no hidden fees. I highly recommend this company.

Marcus from Ballard came out to do maintenance on my A/C unit and did an outstanding job. He was on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, checked my system thoroughly, and made sure it was running efficiently before leaving.
