He has always been very kind, professional, and explains the situation well. He is very thorough and takes pictures of what needs to be repaired. They are up front with there pricing, no hidden fees. Ballard Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning came through big time for me. My heater stopped working and they were able to come out the same day, which was a huge relief. Art was the technician and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He diagnosed the issue quickly and got our heater up and running without any hassle. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and takes pride in his work. Great service, quick response, and solid workmanship. Highly recommend Ballard Plumbing & HVAC — especially Art — if you need reliable HVAC service!

He explained everything clearly, checked my system thoroughly, and made sure it was running efficiently before leaving. He was also friendly and respectful of my home.
