Ryan arrived promptly with a pleasant demeanor and a smile on his face - discussed problem before starting so I understood what he was going to do to fix it. He is very knowledgeable. After troubleshooting my leaking shower, he discovered the shower valve was not the standard one used in most of our building, found a vendor, acquired the part, returned 2 days later to install part. No more leaking shower! He also installed larger access panels in ceiling for two of our water shutoff valves making them easier to access when we need to turn on and off. We are very pleased with his service and professionalism.
