American Plumbing Group

Ryan arrived promptly with a pleasant demeanor and a smile on his face - discussed problem before starting so I understood what he was going to do to fix it. He is very knowledgeable. After troubleshooting my leaking shower, he discovered the shower valve was not the standard one used in most of our building, found a vendor, acquired the part, returned 2 days later to install part. No more leaking shower! He also installed larger access panels in ceiling for two of our water shutoff valves making them easier to access when we need to turn on and off. We are very pleased with his service and professionalism.

Highly recommend Ryan, and I will continue to use him in the future. Have now used Ryan for a ”plumbing related problem” and a plumbing “precautionary inspection and correction” effort. His support was excellent in both instances. He is professional, responsive, takes time to explain things, and also went above and beyond to interact on my behalf with my condominium HOA to validate a plumbing issue that went beyond my personal purview, and involved the common area plumbing. The cost for his services are reasonable - and his recommendations were based on my best interests and not him looking for additional work.

I had a fantastic experience with Ryan from American Plumbing Group. He installed a water filtration system under my sink and did an excellent job from start to finish. He arrived right on time, was courteous and professional, and kept everything clean throughout the process. The installation was done efficiently and works perfectly. I highly recommend Ryan to anyone looking for quality plumbing work and great customer service!
