I had a leaking pipe under the sink that required cutting the pipe and soldering in a new section. The technician, Mike, was very knowledgeable and completed the repair quickly. The location was difficult to access and even required cutting a bit of the cabinet, but he still finished everything within an hour - truly a professional.On the downside, some basic soldering parts weren't available and had to be substituted, and the torch he used seemed worn out and in need of an upgrade.I would have given 5 stars, but the price ($600) felt a bit high for a one-hour job, even in one of the most expensive areas of the Bay. I know that people around here pay $700 for something as simple as replacing a showerhead, which makes it hard to argue for what I believe would be a fair price (around $300 for this type of work). Still, it was an urgent situation, and overall I'm satisfied with the service.
