I had a great experience with Saul! He was very kind, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions about the shower repair and made sure I understood everything that needed to be done. I really appreciated his patience and willingness to help. I couldn't be happier with the work of Carlos Chavarria! From the very first moment, his communication was flawless: he was very flexible, super clean, and attentive to every detail. He was incredibly professional, with a respectful attitude at all times. The result was simply outstanding: there is nothing he could improve, it was all perfect. I recommend Carlos without any doubt; he is a true professional and a talent. Thank you, Carlos, for a phenomenal job!! and Magda the dispatcher. Very professional and great communication.

I recently had my garbage disposal replaced, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! The technician Saul and his coworker Carlos were punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. They explained the process clearly, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy when the job was done. The new disposal works perfectly, and the whole experience was stress-free. Highly recommend this service to anyone needing plumbing work—they truly know what they’re doing

I had a leaking pipe under the sink that required cutting the pipe and soldering in a new section. The technician, Mike, was very knowledgeable and completed the repair quickly. The location was difficult to access and even required cutting a bit of the cabinet, but he still finished everything within an hour - truly a professional. On the downside, some basic soldering parts weren't available and had to be substituted, and the torch he used seemed worn out and in need of an upgrade. I would have given 5 stars, but the price ($600) felt a bit high for a one-hour job, even in one of the most expensive areas of the Bay. I know that people around here pay $700 for something as simple as replacing a showerhead, which makes it hard to argue for what I believe would be a fair price (around $300 for this type of work). Still, it was an urgent situation, and overall I'm satisfied with the service.
