He had to cut a piece of drywall to access he was able to re-fit the piece once he was done so I just have to add some drywall tape and it will look like it was never cut. He also had the correct toilet flapper instead of the 'correct flapper' sold at hardware stores. He kept dust to a minimum and cleaned up as he was going.

1. Nicco Pinocci who did the inspection and estimate was very thorough and detailed oriented and was transparent about the risks.
2. He was very collaborative and worked with us to ensure our neighbors' requirements were met.
