We had Joey out today to check our gas line pressure for a BBQ and fire pit installation. Joey did a very thorough job and communicated a clear assessment and great recommendations. Very nice guy and very professional. We will definitely be using Gotelli Plumbing in the future.
After two days of sump pump problems during endless rain & a power outage where my 78 year old husband was on his hands & knees trying to either get pump working or stop it from spraying water everywhere our neighbor suggested calling Gotelli. At 11pm at wits end I called expecting to leave a message. Instead was greeted by a lovely woman who took the circumstances & made an appointment for next morning.Gotelli sent confirmation. Sent what to expect. Notified me that technician was on his way. Then notified a second on his way to assist.David arrived first & immediately got to work assessing & making recommendations for repairs to make system more reliable. Left to get materials & returned with Sebastian & the two of them set to work.The cost was very fair for not only the parts & labor but the peace of mind a professional can provide during a very stressful time.Gotelli is on our speed dial for our next need. Probably will contact David in near future to replace an old water heater.Very happy & appreciative.Donna
