I called on Tuesday. They were able to help on Wednesday. We had a new kitchen sink faucet to install. The plumber was professional and did a great job. Plus, he was efficient with time. Fair price. Highly recommend and will use Marin H2O again.

Marin H2O did a great job on my required sewer lateral upgrade. The team led by Nathan and three other hard-working men dug a new trench, made upgraded sewer connections, passed pressure test, laid new concrete, cleaned up the mess and explained procedure and city requirements to me when I had questions. They worked hard for three straight days. I highly recommend this company to work on sewer lateral upgrades.
I had a great experience. Booking an appointment was easy. The plumber who came out, Franklin, gave excellent service. On the first visit he patiently answered my *many* plumbing questions - I took him on a tour of my toilets, hot water recirculation pump, water heater, water filtration system - he was professional, knowledgeable and articulate as he explained the nature of my problems and the solutions he could offer. When the parts came in and he returned for the repair, Franklin was quick, efficient, and left my space *tidy and clean.* He was super polite and even great with my nervous dog. I hope to not have any more plumbing problems but if I do I know who to call!
Today I used Marin H2O for the first time on the recommendation of my neighbor. The plumber they sent, Franklin, was on time, professional, respectful, courteous, did an excellent job flushing my tankless hot water heater, and was generally just a nice guy. I was very pleased with the service I received from Marin H2O. So much so that this is the first time I’ve ever left a review on Google!Next time I need a plumber I will definitely be calling Marin H2O and asking for Franklin! Great job! Thank you!
