Peter Levi is a relatively large company and they're willing to work on the complicated commercial-grade Fujitsu HVAC in our condominium that other companies gave up on. It does make a big difference who you are dealing with and my recent experience with their technician Saul was excellent. He arrived and spent half a day repaiting my HVAC system. When he finished, it worked perfectly. I'd been using a small electric heater for almost two months this winter and it has been a relief to finally get the HVAC system repaired.
Brandon Barajas was incredible. He helped me understand the issues i was having with my plumbing and how he was going to repair it, what recommendations he had for the future, and even took the time to advise me of what I could do myself, how to do it and what to get. I appreciated his honesty and for teaching me more about plumbing. He made it very easy to understand and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I now have a plumber that I will 100% recommend and call him personally next time for the projects he recommended in the future. Very professional. I could not have had a better experience.
