Trevor and his team are very professional! Ashley was very helpful in getting our appointments set and keeping me updated with schedules. Spencer was very polite and professional when he came to service the water heater. He explained the cost options and the services entailed. Trevor came for a follow-up plumbing inspection and sewer scope. He wanted to ensure we were satisfied with our service and if there was anything his team could have done better.
Talbot plumbing was out to provide the annual warranty maintenance . In performing this service the technician Spencer W discovered a part that was defective. He was able to replace the part and return the water heater to full capacity in a short period of time. His service was professional and efficient and he communicated what was taking place as he found out what was going on.I highly recommend Talbot Plumbing for all of their services especially the level of communication that the technician and that of Ann who coordinated all activities
Talbot Plumbing was recommended to us from our neighbor. We noticed we had a water pressure issue. Trevor came out to check it out. He found it was our water softener causing the issue. Few days later they were back and installed a new water softener. Trevor also came back a few days later to do a whole home inspection and gave us a a list of his recommendations. We appreciated how quickly we were able to be scheduled for repairs and how detailed Trevor was and explained what should be repaired and why. Very quick service and friendly. Would recommend for anyone needing plumbing services.
Trevor and his team are top-notch! Very knowledgeable about his craft and explains in layman’s terms what needs to be done and how he will get it done in the most economical manner. Ashley was very helpful over the phone, and Mike & Spencer were polite, professional and knowledgeable as they assisted Trevor with everything we had done in our home. That included a new kitchen sink, new toilets, a new water filter and softening system, a new R/O system, as well as outside equipment to regulate water pressure and hose spigots. They stayed all day until the project was complete. We are very grateful for all their hard work. If you need any plumbing jobs done you will not be disappointed with Talbot Plumbing.
