100% would recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs. We were gone over a week and got home and our furnace wasn't working. With temps dropping in the '40s we needed someone right away. We got a call immediately back from Corbin who came out within 30 minutes, and spent a good amount of time figuring out what was wrong with our furnace and fixed it. He was very intelligent, careful, thorough, polite, and very very respectful. The rates are fair, and the service is top notch. We picked this Company because they do a lot for the community and we're keeping them because they do great work!

I was pleased with the price and two days later they started with the installation of our broiler. The installers were great. They stayed on a Friday night to make sure my our system was working properly. What more could you ask for out of those guys. I thought I had a issue the next day and was contacted by Nate the same day which was a Saturday. I would recommend Bayside Comfort to everyone for their heating and cooling needs.
My emergency call was promptly returned and Corbin arrived one hour later at 3:00 am. He was very efficient and had the problem repaired in less than 90 minutes. We discussed servicing and additional equipment I wanted to add to my home. He was knowledgeable, helpful and polite. I would highly recommend Bayside Comfort and I will be calling them soon to follow up with general servicing.
I highly recommend Bayside Comfort! Tristan came to look at our system and give us ideas for replacing it. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was able to give us an estimate almost immediately. About three weeks later the install was scheduled. Tucker and other workers tore out the old system and installed the new system with all new ventilation in a week-long process. They were very respectful of our home and cleaned up every evening. I have been completely pleased. They are very professional, take pride in their work, and go above and beyond to answer all questions. This is a five star organization! Their office manager also responds quickly to text messages and answers all questions. It was very convenient to be able to text rather than call. Thank you Bayside Comfort!
