They were very good with service even though the time line was a bit longer due to being the holiday season. They were very knowledgeable and efficient with questions and concerns. They worked out the best deal they could for my needs. They back there work well and are available to answer any questions we have had. Will be calling them for any future plumbing needs. Excellent!!
Very prompt. I'm very happy JBJ came back to fix an old repair. I appreciate them making the situation right. The serviceman was knowledgeable and friendly, but in general, when you get charged by the hour, chatting needs to be kept to a minimum.

*UPDATE: 11/25 after running the brand New furnace. Its extremely loud. Had the company back out to check it as its pretty scary sounding. They said its vibrating and if it bugs me they'll come back and fix it. Why not fix it when your there?! I had to take off work,, why waste peoples time and money?! This brand new furnace is louder than the one from my prevoius 120 year old houses!! How aggrevating and really wonder if this is how they treat all women who live alone. Disappointed with them.Excellent service, friendly and professional!! They were able to install the new furnace, remove the old in approximately 4 hours as they stated.
Just had my hot water heater replaced. JBJ is so easy to work with, great prices, very responsive, and fantastic service. To get a quote, I filled in the only form with what I currently had installed. Received an email quote in a day or so. When I was ready, I simply clicked on link to accept the quote. Then, connected with the office to pay 50% down and scheduled service. They could have done it sooner but I wasn’t available.Chris and, sorry forgot the other gentleman’s name, texted they were on their way. Showed up and got to work. Very polite, professional, and thorough. Put everything back the way it was.I’ll be calling JBJ for a couple other plumbing needs.Thanks for the great work!
