The technician came a little early which was great. He listened to the problems I was having, then looked at the 2 toilets and gave me the cost. He went out to get some supplies and went right to work. He was efficient and very nice. I also got a quote for an issue with the basement toilet. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend. I did have to call him back for a drip but he came back within a few hours and took care of it.
Ben was great. We had a CPVC-to-copper connection go bad on our supply line over the weekend. I was able to make a very temporary fix and sent a message through the website on Sunday with a tentative appointment. Monday morning, Maureen gave me a call to confirm everything.Ben showed up on time, took a look at the setup, and walked me through a couple different scenarios. There were a few older threaded connections that could’ve caused problems if he started wrenching on them, so he laid out the risks and options clearly. I asked a few questions, we agreed on a plan, and he knocked out the repair.He also gave me a heads up that it might be time to start planning for a new water heater in the next few years, which I appreciated. Solid experience all around.
