I had a great experience with Modern Plumbing. Specifically, John was awesome and did everything he could to make sure we were happy with the experience. Are they the cheapest? No but they were reasonable and more importantly, I was impressed with the quality of work. In the end, they'll do a great job at a fair price. I recommend highly.Feedback for the company. I would either lower or include permitting as part of the pricing. Everything else was great, but I thought the pricing for the permit was unreasonable. If I was rating just John, 5 stars doesn't do him justice. But that part of the experience did rub me the wrong way as it is a job I could have done myself but wanted a reputable company to do with permitting.

First time using Modern Plumbing in Winter Springs. The technicians, Chad and Josh were very courteous and explained the repairs that I requested. I am very satisfied with them and if needed I will call again and request them.Update: Chad and Josh came back to the house and installed the new toilets. Their work is excellent and very neat. While they were here, I asked them to inspect the hot water heater. Due to the age of the unit, they were able to install a new one at the same time. I am extremely happy with them and the service I received!
They came out on a Saturday when we had no water after our main water line broke, and it was such a stressful situation. They were quick to respond, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and got everything fixed fast. Their professionalism and responsiveness made a huge difference.
