Fletcher Williams was awesome, came out and did the camera inspection for us and provided a very detailed analysis of our pipes and the existing problems. He is definitely the reason for the rating. Sergio Guadalupe on the other hand was just ok. He failed to notice a very obvious clean out and claimed he thought it was an electrical access point (which I think makes no sense, and why wouldn’t you check anyways?) this makes you wonder if he missed it on purpose to include a toilet removal on the quote which adds $250 to the price tag. He was nice otherwise though. Fletcher immediately noticed this clean out despite it being darker out when he arrived.
