This is the third time I’ve called on these plumbers in Santa Ana, and every time has been a great experience. The first time, they swapped out my old water heater, and the second time, they replaced my washing machine’s drain lines. Both times, the service was top-notch! The most recent job was a much bigger project—filling in an old septic tank that had collapsed and left a sinkhole in my yard. From the very first consultation to the final touches, the whole crew was fantastic. Eric and his assistant handled everything with a lot of professionalism and care. They took the time to explain every step, from digging out the area to bringing in new dirt and making sure everything was safely filled and level. They even spread straw and fixed up the ruts in my neighbor’s yard from their equipment, which was a really thoughtful touch. My neighbor was very understanding about the project, which made things even smoother. All in all, this plumbing company did another excellent job. I really appreciate their promptness, attention to detail, and how comfortable they made me feel during the whole process. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone in Santa Ana looking for reliable and friendly plumbers!

They made sure to keep everything tidy during and after the job, which we really appreciated. We actually found this plumbing company in Santa Ana because a neighbor recommended them, and we’re glad we called. The team at the office was also courteous and made scheduling easy. From the first visit with the estimator, who explained everything clearly and didn’t pressure us, to the crew who completed the installation, everyone was great to work with. You can really tell they work well together and care about their customers. Highly recommend their plumbing services!

We reached out to a local plumber in Santa Ana for an estimate on installing a Rinnai tankless water heater and a water filtration system. They quickly provided a straightforward quote with no pushy sales talk, and they gave us exactly what we asked for. After placing a 20% deposit, they were able to schedule the installation for the very next day. Colin and Keith, the plumbers who came out, were very professional and clearly knew their stuff. They recommended installing a Halo 5 carbon water filtration system, which was a great choice since it doesn’t need salt or regular filter changes. Now, the water quality in our entire house is fantastic, and we no longer need the reverse osmosis unit at our kitchen sink. We were very pleased with the quality of the installation and the level of service. We’ll definitely call them again for any future plumbing work.

The plumbers were very clear about the estimated upfront costs, which I appreciated, and I agreed to the range given. Keith, the foreman, came out and explained that he would have the team—Colin and Jalen—do a temporary fix and return later for a permanent solution. Instead of using flexible hose as a temp fix, they installed a new piece of copper piping. There was a little mix-up since Keith hadn’t mentioned to Colin that another pressure regulator was damaged, so the first repair didn’t fully solve the problem. However, they quickly addressed this and got everything working properly. During the job, I was informed about the option to use electrical heating to solve an issue with the pipes, and Keith gave me a clear price over the phone for the service. Colin and Jalen let me know the work would take about 30 minutes, and everything was finished efficiently. At the end, the final bill was provided, which included a fee for connecting a battery charger to the plumbing lines. The plumbers were friendly and professional throughout the process, explaining each step and making sure my plumbing was fixed correctly. I appreciated their honesty and clear communication. Overall, I was satisfied with the service and the way they handled everything, even when unexpected issues came up.

We recently had another excellent experience with Robinson Brothers Plumbing. Our water bill had gone way up, so I reached out for help figuring out where the leak was coming from. Bentley arrived not long after I called and quickly found the issue. He had everything repaired within a couple of hours. Bentley was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure the job was done right. We felt completely confident that our plumbing problem was taken care of. When I spoke with the water company, they confirmed the issue was resolved. It was such a relief to have a reliable plumbing team looking after us.
