No suggestions what competitor that I should choose etc. How does a place like this stay in business. Pathetic.

For a simple drain clean out- or basic clog, there are definitely less expensive options in the area.

Called this company to get some help with a dripping sink. A manager got on the phone to inquire and then told me they don't want to "adopt someone else's problem." I assured him that there was no "adoption." I'd pay them in full for whatever was needed to fix it. He said, "we're so busy right now, we're not going to do it." Wow, what a jerk! My guess is that there is a management problem there. Beware.
