Response time was fast. They showed up within 30 mins of me calling. Pedro was amazing. He did not stop until my shower was unclogged. He even took the time to show me the steps he was taking to get it out. He is also very knowledgeable and informed me of future problems that may occur. I appreciate Pedro and Elite Rooter Plumbers for their service. This is my 3 or 4th time having to call them and each time I’m never disappointed.

They did an awesome reassessment very professional very adequate description of the work, cordial professional with helping attitude. Outside the box to get the problem solved offered different solutions stuck to the scope of work and got it done and the price remained with what they quoted. The follow up was awesome too. We called Elite Plumbers on Tuesday morning. A plumber came within an hour! We were greeted with a nice and friendly gentleman. He quickly got to work to determine the problem. We decided to get a new water heater. We agreed on the fair price and he we had a new water heater installed.We had a very positive experience with Elite Plumbers.
