He even took the time to show me the steps he was taking to get it out. He is also very knowledgeable and informed me of future problems that may occur. Outside the box to get the problem solved offered different solutions stuck to the scope of work and got it done and the price remained with what they quoted. The follow up was awesome too. We called Elite Plumbers on Tuesday morning. A plumber came within an hour! We were greeted with a nice and friendly gentleman. He quickly got to work to determine the problem. We decided to get a new water heater. We agreed on the fair price and he we had a new water heater installed.

He knew exactly what to do to solve our leaking kitchen faucet, and he communicated what our options were, and it was a great relief to work with such a prepared technician. The office staff were all very efficient and responded to our concerns in a very kind manner. We wanted a plumber to come over as soon as possible and within 24 hours our problem was solved. We would recommend Elite Rooter to friends and we will call them first if we ever need a plumber.

JR was, again, very responsive and helpful in giving us feedback to help guide our decision on the scope of work. He quoted us a very fair price- especially considering the attention to detail and care and precision that we knew the job would be executed with.
Raymundo carried out the job with professionalism and incredible skill. He frequently checked in with us as to his progress and to Inform us of every choice that needed to be made along the way, often bringing up details that we hadn’t even considered.
Once again, we are extremely satisfied customers.
