I had two other plumbers out and one focused on the length of warranty he could sell me and the other one was much more expensive (brand premium?). Since the water heater needed to be replaced, he and Nathaniel worked together late into the evening. Their excellent and efficient work ensured my family had hot water available that night. Armando was awesome! His company, Plumbing Point, was recommended by my neighbor after he repaired a water leak at her water meter. We had the same leak at our water meter. He gave us a quote, showed up the next day at the time he said, and fixed the leak by 3pm. He communicated exactly what he would be doing. Worked super efficiently and got the job done beautifully. Of course no one wants to deal with a costly plumbing issue, but if you have to you want it to be done right. I feel Armando and Plumbing Point is a company you can trust to get the job done well. Their price was very fair. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them for any plumbing issues.
