Art & Team Plumbing Service

This is for work done around 2/20/26 thereabouts. I had meant to write a review earlier, but life got a little busier than usual. This was actually the second time we used Art & Team. We were happy with the work the first time so when we noticed a leak, we called them again. They are extremely professional and reasonable. Our original problem was an easy fix, but we also had another issue that we knew about but had put off fixing (decades old toilet that needed to be replaced). They explained what was wrong, gave us options without any pressure (some places put pressure on you, these gentlemen don't), and I thought the prices they quoted were very reasonable. We ended up replacing it. All the work was done on the same day, very efficiently. They hauled away the old one (thank goodness) and cleaned up the entire area. Everything was done very well. Everything was explained very well. I have recommended them to others and will be using them for future repairs.

Came out within 15 minutes on a Sunday to fix an emergency outdoor leak where even the house shutoff valve was broken. They were professional and put a lot of effort into evaluating the full situation to come up with a reasonable quote. In the end, they got everything fixed and checked in the next day to make sure I was satisfied. Paid a fair price given they came out in a moment's notice on a Sunday.

It was a father-and-son team who were incredibly professional and polite. What impressed me most was their honesty. While many companies charge a service fee just to show up, their estimate was free. They didn't try to pressure me into an expensive and unnecessary full tank replacement. Instead, they pinpointed the exact issue and explained that my model requires a specialized part for a proper repair. Because the part is specialized, they are coming back on Monday once the supply store opens to ensure the job is done correctly. The labor quote was very reasonable at $160. It is so refreshing to find plumbers who prioritize integrity and quality over a quick buck. I highly recommend Art & Team for anyone in the Santa Clarita/Canyon Country area. I will definitely be using them for all my future plumbing needs!
