There was a long line of people when I got there but it didn't take long. Processed a return within 2 mins, friendly, and I was out.
Unhelpful, but rude. When you go out of your way to skip the box store in favor of local suppliers to the trades, it’s an odd tactic by them to offer lousy, uninformed service. Best of luck to them.
Do NOT rely on DELTA “so called lifetime warranty. “ they do not stand behind their products. This is a high end faucet that broke in 10 years life span. Deltas solution was absurd !
Was working on something of an emergency on a Friday afternoon 40 miles from my shop. Amazing service from Gerson on my 1st visit and then Juan Carlos on my 2nd visit. They both went way beyond what was necessary to help me get tools and materials I needed. This is by far the best Ferguson I've visited. YOU ROCK!
