I needed a whole new drain pipe for a sink that probably hadn’t been updated since 1952 when my house was originally built. JMS was able to come diagnose the pieces that needed replacing, order the parts and come back out the next day. My plumber, Orlando, went above and beyond, clearing gunk build up in non replaced pieces. He also was super friendly, and allowed my dogs to be in the house during the work. It’s always nice when my dogs are able to watch ;)
Excellent 24/7 installers with a great sense of humor. He never misses his appointment. Clean and well organized. And they take the time to explain exactly what the problem is and what are the ways to solve it. In the past they have been there for me when I needed them the most and have always been honest and thorough. I would definitely recommend it. thank you
I was a little suspicious by all 5 star reviews but called them nonetheless for a small job. Their answering service took my name and said the technician would contact me and that they would come the next day between 11-2. I never heard from the technician so the day of the appointment I called their answering service and she said they would come the following day between 1-3. I never heard another word from anyone. Obviously they are much better at managing their google reviews than they are actually plumbing.This is an update posted Fri Jan 8 @ 8:10 pm in response to the owner's response to my original review.His response was absolutely untrue. I haven't been targeting his business and I don't have several fake gmail accounts. I never spoke with anyone other than their call center and never received a quote. I generally don't review businesses unless I have a good experience and then will review them to help them. But in this case I think the public has a right to know what my one experience was like. Maybe everyone had an excellent experience with this business and my experience was an outlier. I can't comment on whether the work they perform is satisfactory or not but I can tell you the response to my original post was dishonest. I would now give them zero stars if that was possible.
JMS installed a new water heater recently and I was very pleased with the service. Home office was prompt with a quote, communication was excellent, and most importantly, the work was done well, and on time. Highly recommended
We had a steam leak in my house and scheduled an appointment. JMS plumbing responded quickly and did a fantastic job in mitigating the problem. Michelle was exceptionally helpful and I can't thank the team enough on how quickly they came and fixed the problem
