Andrew came on time, he was very polite, honest, and friendly. He checked everything in great condition and offered recommendations on how to improve on the electrical conditions. He answered all our questions and is very knowledgeable. The customer service is always quick to respond too whenever I reach out to them. Would highly recommend Andrew and Monkey Wrench!

This company seems to have taken over some previously independent and reliable plumbers (whose websites and phone numbers and good ratings still exist, but those all go to monkey wrench). First experience with monkey wrench has been as you expect from a referral service: Aggressive push to upsell on the phone ("free" inspections, maintenance plan), then the all-too-common no show during the scheduled 4-hour window - despite them sending a message in the morning that confirmed again. Most of a work day wasted waiting for nobody. Missing my previous plumbing company.....
