We had Simone plumbing do several jobs over the years but today they replaced outside Spickets and you know plumbing sometimes things can be challenging Able was wonderful and worked hard to get them done.Our home is older plumbing and we are doing a concrete patio so the hose bib was in the wrong place so we needed to raise it.
We were notified by City of Healdsburg that we might have a water leak; we immediately called Simeone Plumbing. They were able to send a plumber out about noon; he worked underneath our house until 5:15 pm. Abel replaced an elbow and cut/replaced 6+/- ft of copper pipe. Excellent work, and saved us having to go to a hotel for the night.
Jacob showed up at the beginning of the appointment window, and did a great job of diagnosing the problem, and recommending work to be done. He provided me with an estimate, which is exactly what I was charged, and did not try to upsell or pressure me into other work that he recommended for a second toilet, which I did not have my landlord’s authorization to complete. Well done and made a very good impression for your company.
Simeone Plumbing came out same day as my call request for service that morning. Jacob was polite, efficient, and took care of our problem and the price was reasonable for the excellent service provided. I will recommend (as well as use myself) Simeone Plumbing for any future work I need performed whether repairs, replacement, or new piping installation.
