Austin Seymour from Super Service Plumbing recently performed a service on our water heater, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Austin was very prompt, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. He took the time to explain what he was doing, approached the job with honesty and attention to detail, and it was obvious he takes pride not only in his work but also in the company he represents. It’s refreshing to see that Sonoma County still has locally owned businesses that you can truly trust. Austin represented Super Service Plumbing extremely well, and I would not hesitate to recommend both him and the company to anyone needing plumbing service.

Both Paul and Austin, the service representatives who helped resolve my plugged up pipes, were awesome. They were courteous, caring, knowledgeable, and considerate. They identified the source of the problem and we were able to get my home back up and running.

Austin was stellar. He worked around our schedule which is not easy. We live on the country, have big dogs, elderly parent, … he was a champion. Made it seem very easy for us. That’s why we call “SUPER SERVICE PLUMBING “ they’re great to work with.

Paul and his crew was awesome! We needed help figuring out what was wrong with our water heater, and he really took the time to diagnose it instead of just trying to sell us something. He explained everything clearly and went the extra mile to make sure we actually needed a new water heater before moving forward. Super honest, professional, and easy to work with. Definitely recommend Paul and his company!
