Full disclaimer - I've not had any services completed by this company - but I am wildly impressed with their customer service and it deserves mention.I woke up this morning to my furnace being offline and frantically started dialing companies to have a tech come out. One of which was Handy Bros. Their AI Bot answered because of their high call volume and advised there was no appointments available til Monday.About 20 mins later, I got a call from their VP of Operations, who said that she saw the call had come in and I hadn't booked so she wanted to personally reach out to see if she could assist. Luckily, within that 20 mins, I was able to book someone else, which I shared with her. She seemed genuinely happy to hear this, even though I was booked in with a competitor. She provided me with her personal number and said to reach out to her directly if something happened that the other tech couldn't come - they didn't want to leave us without heat with an impending storm coming tomorrow.So while I did ultimately go with someone else, the customer service experience I received tells me that going with this business would've been an exceptional choice! They clearly value their customer's experience, which makes all the difference.Thanks Handy Bros!
I had HB come in to do an annual inspection of my furnace and fire place during their fall inspection campaign. The service technician was friendly and professional. Our furnace is about a15 year old Lennox, never had a problem with it. I’ve had it inspected in the past by the installer, never a problem. When he completed the inspection, he presented me with a report outlining about $3200 repairs, that were highly recommended. In addition he suggested I have someone in to quote me on a new furnace. This is IMHO serious upselling on their behalf. Two months later my furnace still runs well.

They installed our new furnace and did such an incredible job—They were so friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Noah handled our duct cleaning and was just as wonderful! He was patient, understanding, and super careful working around our home. Together, they made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Handy Bros. did a great job from quote to install. They made my 82 year old mother in-law very comfortable and explained things very well. They were on time and installation was very professional. Techs were pleasant and very tidy. Quoted cost was total cost.I’d recommend them to friends and family.
