Great service, had a service call at my home, Jeff showed up, very experienced guy, diagnosed the problems within minutes. Installed the hot water tank along with the other leaking parts. Fixed everything. I have No issues since then. Highly recommend
The repair person sent was very good and resolved my issues completely and quickly. I first went on line to find a contact number for your service and the number was not valid. Luckily I found the phone number on a tag that was left attached to the water heater. The contact who I reached when I got the correct phone number was not easy to understand as there was a definite language issue… I think there should be instructions on the water tank to give instructions on how to reset the electronics. Would save a great deal of time and it was not necessary for the repair person to come all the way from Sarnia to reset the water heater Thanks I hope this was not in vain.

Had an issue with our furnace kicking on over the Christmas holidays. Called Reliance and they made an appt for New Years day for between 8-1, which was the nex day after my call. Jason the technician was here at 8:01am. He was able to fix the furnace within 1/2 hr. He was great! Very knowledgeable, professional. Having Reliance as the company looking after our furnace, air and water heater is a godsend. If we had to pay for that call and part it would have been over $500. This call cost us zero. Def worth it a subscription for insurance.
