I was out of the country when I had a carbon monoxide leak and Scott was on it right away when he was recommended to me. By the time I came home two days later, I had a new furnace and he also reconfigured my furnace room to bring it to code which was long overdue. I’m no expert in the field, but I am certain the price he quoted me was more than fair. Through phone calls and text messages, Scott walked me through everything to make sure I fully understand and appreciated all that had to be done. My water heater broke down on Sunday, it came with the house so been hanging on since 1998. Even though Scott is away on vacation at the lake with his family, he still contacted me several times to get the situation figured out. This company was recommended to me. Scott was able to do an estimate for a furnace , humidifier and water heater and start work within a few days of being contacted. The plumbers were courteous and worked quickly to complete the job. Old equipment was removed and clean up done. Scott provided a walk through after the work was completed and explained how everything worked. Rebates and warranties were discussed and completed.
