Reviews
What customers say
Several positive reviews describe helpful, responsive service. One customer appreciated guidance on tankless water-heater selection and installation location, and said the team also installed a dishwasher during the same job. One reviewer reported two floods during plumbing for a two-bathroom addition and three later problems needing repair; the reviewer said no call had come about fixing a ceiling cut away during the latest repair three weeks earlier, while another reviewer reported being cut off by a van driver.

Fantastic experience with American Plumbing Services. I wanted to replace my old electric water heater in the attic with a new tankless water heart and received great guidance on unit selection, installation location, and they even identified an eligible rebate available from AGL. The APS team worked extremely hard on the installation, removal of the old unit, and even made time to install a dishwasher for me. They'll definitely be my local Savannah plumber for any future need!

Who ever drives this van just literally cut me off and almost hit me on highway 196 coming into hinesville he had no blinker on just swerved right on in. I dont know if this were i need to address this but i am.

My absolute go-to for Plumbing Services. The owner, Mr Burns, was so friendly and responsive when we talked about a faucet replacement and minor toilet repairs in my new home. Mark, the technician, was courteous and professional with the installation and Ms Barbara in the office was the best! Would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

So very thankful for this company and the willingness to go to Richmond hill and willing to bill out to a company. Thank You thank you. You need to be ranked on the top of the google list. Can't believe I had to call 9 other plumbers to hear no and the first response from American Plumbers was yes and in a great manor as well.

These people were hired to do the plumbing for two bathrooms in a new addition to our house. The two-man crew did an abysmal job. There isn't enough space to list all of the mistakes made. They flooded the job site twice, and that's just for starters. Since that time, I've had to call American Plumbing to fix 3 other problems. Each time, the crew they sent commented on the poor quality of work done (they didn't seem to know it was their company). The latest repair required the ceiling to be cut away. That was three weeks ago. Still no phone call regarding fixing the ceiling. Never ever use this company. I understand that mistakes happen, but I shouldn't have to spend months repeatedly calling to beg them to fix their mistakes. They are disgraceful.
