We ran into some unexpected complications during the project, but Patrick’s experience really showed - he was able to work through the issues and complete everything as we’d discussed.

He took the time to assess our home’s needs, explained the benefits of a tankless water heater in simple terms, and walked us through the entire installation plan with honesty and clarity.

Received the most ridiculous quote from another plumbing company so I called Lorenz after reading reviews that seemed like they were from real customers. Gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone/msg which matched what I had in mind the job would cost. He was able to fit me in the same day. Chris was the plumber that came out. No sales pitch, no upselling, easy to talk to. He did an excellent job. I will definitely be using them from now on for any future plumbing services and projects. Thank you!

Patrick and Danny did a fantastic job rep replacing a copper pipe and they went above and beyond replacing connecting pipes that would’ve been problematic for us. They were very punctual, they were very responsive. They are so experienced and they’re not trying to upsell any services. They were lifesaver since we were having all kinds of clogging issues with the pipe and they resolve the issue within a day! I highly recommend them!

Our project was to move move our utility sink (and thus the plumbing) and stack our washer and dryer so as to make better use of the limited space we had in our laundry room. Patrick was responsive in getting back to me to discuss the project. One of the things I appreciated most was how he wasn't pushy at all yet provided me many suggestions on how best to proceed. He patiently explained what he felt was the best approach for the project. That is, what would accomplish my goal while minimizing costs. In fact, his suggestions kept making the project seem more and more worth while as there were things I hadn't even thought of.

After we met, he delivered the quote when he said he would and once I committed to the project, he was very flexible with the work schedule. The project ended up getting delayed by a week because I unfortunately had ordered the wrong stacking kit but once that was corrected, Patrick completed the project just as we had discussed. I honestly felt he went above and beyond in getting the whole setup to look better than what I had envisioned.

I'd like to add that part of the reason we wanted to do this was to be able to upgrade our washer and dryer pair as it seemed the dryer wasn't really efficient anymore. Wouldn't you know that the new venting ended up solving this problem? We no longer have to run towels or comforters across multiple cycles. 1 cycle does the trick for everything!

Thank you Patrick for a great job. You will be our guy for all of our plumbing work going forward!
